We are looking for an experienced Brand & Digital Marketing Head to lead the brand strategy and digital marketing initiatives for a healthcare and aesthetic-focused business. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in branding, digital marketing, and team management, along with relevant experience in dermatology, skin clinics, aesthetic clinics, cosmetics, or healthcare.

This role requires a strategic and hands-on marketing leader who can strengthen brand positioning, drive digital growth, and manage a multidisciplinary marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall brand and digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Strengthen brand positioning, visibility, awareness, and customer engagement across digital and offline channels.
• Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms to drive brand awareness, leads, and customer acquisition.
• Develop content and communication strategies that align with the brand's identity, target audience, and healthcare positioning.
• Lead and manage a team comprising SEO specialists, content writers, video editors, website developers, and other marketing professionals.
• Set clear goals, monitor team performance, and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to maintain consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
• Oversee website performance, SEO initiatives, content production, social media presence, and digital campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer engagement, traffic, leads, and other relevant marketing metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new opportunities for brand growth and customer acquisition.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, cosmetics, social media, and digital marketing.
• Ensure all brand communications maintain a professional, consistent, and high-quality standard.

Required Experience

• Proven experience in Brand Marketing and Digital Marketing, preferably in healthcare, dermatology, skin clinics, aesthetic clinics, or cosmetic businesses.
• Candidates with prior experience working with dermatology clinics, skin clinics, aesthetic centers, cosmetic brands, or healthcare organizations will be strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary marketing teams.
• Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, website marketing, and digital brand building.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, consumer communication, and digital growth.
• Ability to work strategically while remaining hands-on with execution.
• Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
