Short Summary:
Webflow is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the integration of code within the Webflow platform, focusing on both developers and AI agents. This role involves designing surfaces that connect visual building with real code, ensuring a seamless experience for users.

Responsibilities:
- Build for developers and AI agents, treating both as first-class users.
- Own the roadmap and delivery across the Code surfaces, collaborating with Engineering, Design, and Data.
- Define quality standards for developer-grade extensibility.
- Ensure cohesive functionality across various surfaces.
- Contribute to strategy and deliver against the roadmap.
- Engage hands-on with code, prototyping, and making technical decisions.
- Adapt to the evolving landscape of developer tooling and AI-assisted coding.

Requirement:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Business-level fluency in English.
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in developer or platform products.
- Experience with APIs, extensibility, or developer tooling.
- Technical proficiency, with the ability to read and reason about code.
- Empathy for users, balancing diverse needs.
- Curiosity about all aspects of software building.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a peer and thought partner.
