Short Summary:
Webflow is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the integration of AI across its platform, focusing on the Webflow AI Assistant and related technologies. This role involves defining quality standards for AI-assisted creation and collaborating with various teams to deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the roadmap and delivery across Webflow's agent surfaces.
- Define quality standards for AI products and establish metrics for success.
- Balance developer-grade tools with user-friendly products for creators.
- Contribute to product strategy and prioritize development efforts.
- Engage in hands-on product development and prototyping.
- Adapt to evolving AI technologies and customer needs.

Requirement:
- BS/BA degree or relevant experience.
- 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in AI systems.
- Experience with platforms, APIs, and extensibility.
- Ability to define quality for non-deterministic products.
- Experience serving both developers and less-technical users.
- Strong curiosity and engagement in all aspects of product development.
