Short Summary:
Webflow is seeking a Customer Success Manager to work with high-impact Enterprise customers, ensuring they achieve success with Webflow’s AI-native website experience platform. The role involves building relationships, guiding strategy, and driving adoption to influence growth and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong working relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
- Learn customer goals and workflows to guide them toward meaningful wins.
- Support account strategy by helping customers adopt core features and best practices.
- Partner with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers for smooth onboarding.
- Conduct customer check-ins and business reviews to highlight progress and uncover opportunities.
- Manage the renewal process for your book of business to protect and grow revenue.
- Provide organized customer insights to improve product and processes.
Requirement:
- 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a client-facing role in SaaS or digital experiences.
- Familiarity with marketing and digital experience landscape (CMS, martech, SEO).
- Experience managing accounts with competing priorities and quick responses to customer needs.
- Strong organizational and project-management skills.
- Technical aptitude to learn and navigate complex products and tools.
- Proven track record in renewals and expansion revenue.
