Warby Parker is looking for a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to create amazing experiences for customers and contribute to the success of the business through face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate Warby Parker's values and brand philosophy to customers
- Promote an efficient, inclusive, and service-minded retail environment
- Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge and offer thoughtful, honest style advice
- Lead the selling on the floor and front-of-house operations
- Open and close the store
- Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect

Requirement:
- Retail experience with customer focus plus 6+ months in a management/keyholder role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to open/close store and lead floor operations
- Cool under pressure and able to adapt quickly
- A go-getter with an entrepreneurial spirit
