Waracle is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead complex digital transformations, mentor teams, and foster a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Empowering & Coaching Teams: Coach cross-functional team members on estimation and prioritization.
- Proactive Risk Management: Facilitate RAID sessions and guide risks to resolution.
- Governance & Quality Delivery: Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage dependencies and celebrate shared wins.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Navigate complex discussions and build consensus.
- Thoughtful Commercial Stewardship: Use budget forecasting to adapt team shape and spend.
- Building Practice Capability: Mentor junior and mid-level Delivery Managers.

Requirement:
- Pragmatic expertise in multiple digital delivery frameworks (Agile, Lean, XP, Waterfall).
- Proven experience managing risks in complex technical projects.
- Strong commercial awareness with budget forecasting skills.
- Passion for coaching and mentoring.
- Clear, empathetic communication skills.
