Short Summary:
Virta Health is on a mission to reverse metabolic disease in one billion people. As an AI Operations Specialist, you will drive the rollout of an agentic AI platform across departments, ensuring effective use of generative AI to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Drive Adoption of selected agentic AI platform: Serve as the technical SME and primary champion for rollout, supporting technical requests and identifying productivity bottlenecks.
- Establish AI Financial Observability: Define and report on enterprise AI costs, creating dashboards for fiscal efficiency.
- Govern AI Vendor Risk Assessment: Partner with Information Security and legal teams to assess new AI tools and vendors.
- Bridge IT, Security & Engineering Infrastructure: Collaborate with teams to implement AI guardrails into business policies.
- Build Repeatable IT Operational Workflows: Document support processes and training modules for AI ticket management.

Requirement:
- 2+ years of experience in agentic AI, IT operations, and business systems enablement, 4 years in technical program management.
- Hands-on experience with generative AI productivity suites (e.g., Google Gemini, OpenAI/ChatGPT Enterprise).
- Strong fundamentals in software development (Python, C++).
- Experience in systems integration and dashboard telemetry using APIs.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to simplify complex technical tools for non-technical users.
