Role Overview: 
Contribute to the SAP Research Foundations team's critical development of AURA, the AI User Research Assistant designed to streamline interactions with SAP’s User Research Portal. By leveraging SAP's AI One technology, this role aims to significantly improve user experience and operational efficiency. You will play a pivotal part in enhancing search and retrieval functionalities for user researchers.
This position is essential for the ongoing development of innovative AI tools that drive SAP’s leadership in the user research domain.
 
Key Responsibilities:
•    Collaborate on the development and implementation of an AI assistant. 
•    Enhance data retrieval accuracy and relevance within the User Research Portal. 
•    Conduct testing and optimization to refine the AI assistant’s performance. 
•    Support thorough documentation of processes and technical specifications.
 
Preferred Experience:
•    Background in AI development, natural language processing, or machine learning. 
•    Familiarity with SAP systems or the AI One platform. 
•    Understanding of data management and software development lifecycle.
