Short Summary:
Join Vetcove and help modernize the future of veterinary software and the pet parent healthcare experience. As the Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for purchasing all products and managing inventory for our innovative new platform.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Place and manage all purchase orders (POs) daily
- Provide regular updates to fulfillment partners on inventory status
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions for purchasing processes
- Utilize data analysis and forecasting techniques to identify trends
- Monitor inventory levels daily and make timely adjustments
- Analyze and report on inventory performance
- Partner with fulfillment partners for regular audits
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall business performance

Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven 1+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mentality
- Expertise in Excel, familiarity with inventory management & forecasting systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Meticulous attention to detail with strong organizational skills
