Short Summary:
Vestiaire Collective is looking for a hands-on, organized, and reliable Logistics Associate to support day-to-day operations in the Warehouse and Consignment Team in Brooklyn.
Responsibilities:
- Help manage the movement of inventory while hitting performance (KPI) targets
- Receive and scan inbound shipment into the system
- Label, scan, and sort incoming product
- Break down and dispose of boxes and waste daily
- Problem solve complex cases to deliver the best service possible
- Flag and communicate operational issues (e.g., shipment delays, missing or damaged items) to the appropriate team or lead immediately
- Execute packing and shipping preparation tasks efficiently, following all company protocols to ensure safe and accurate deliveries
- Assist with processing product returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Assist with storage preparation, including organizing, labeling, and handling items for proper placement
- Regularly lift and transport merchandise up to 10 lbs, and occasionally up to 50 lbs, using proper lifting techniques
Requirement:
- A high school diploma (college degree is a bonus, but not required)
- At least 1 year of work experience — warehouse or logistics experience is a plus
- Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Comfortable using scanners, computers, and internal tracking systems
- Dependable, self-driven, and motivated to meet goals
- Works well independently but thrives in a team environment
- Great communication skills and solid time management
- Detail-oriented with a positive, solutions-first attitude
