Short Summary:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Technical at vCluster Labs, you will be the architect of our engineering capability across Europe, serving as the primary ambassador to the technical community and partnering directly with Engineering and Product leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end hiring process for Engineering, Product, and Technical roles globally.
- Serve as the first EMEA based technical recruiter and build practices to hire engineering talent across the region.
- Proactively source and engage passive talent from the open source, Kubernetes, and developer tool communities.
- Champion a structured interview process and ensure data integrity within our ATS, Ashby.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience with transparent communication.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and ideal talent profiles.
Requirement:
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth technology startups.
- Technical fluency in Kubernetes, Go, and Terraform.
- Experience in sourcing, data analysis, and stakeholder partnership.
- High EQ and active listening skills.
