Short Summary:
This position is a DOD Cyber Excepted Service (CES) personnel system position located at NETCOM, Wiesbaden, Germany, with an initial overseas tour of 36 months and possible extensions up to 5 years.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all network aspects of projects including engineering/networking assessments, hardware, and software charter.
- Provides technical input or recommendations into various project management plans.
- Ensures all IT projects follow DODAF framework and applicable regulations.
- Performs critical analysis concerning engineering and implementation of specialty area systems.
- Provides exceptional technical expertise, advice, guidance, and hands-on skills for preparation of information systems plans and specifications for major Army and DoD programs/projects.
Requirement:
- Experience coordinating IT programs, risk assessments, system life cycles, IT projects, and server software/hardware configuration installation or maintenance.
- Must obtain Top Secret/SCI clearance and required cyber certification.
- Must demonstrate competencies in Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication, and Problem Solving.
