Short Summary:
The Senior Associate, Category Management will support business analytics practices to drive strategies and execution forward, translating data into decisions and growth. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and reporting directly to the Director, Category Management.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Category Management team in understanding category dynamics and developing selling stories.
- Assist the Sales team with analytical support for customer meetings and presentations.
- Build and maintain monthly performance scorecards, dashboards, and reporting.
- Lead deep-dive analyses through the synthesis of multiple datasets.
- Own the sampling process for all Sales and Influencer shipments.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for commercial execution.

Requirement:
- Hands-on background in business analytics, syndicated research, or shopper insights.
- Experience within CPG or at a research firm serving CPG clients preferred.
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and complex formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated data storytelling skills.
- Collaborative, curious, and proactive approach.
