Responsibilities:
- Maximize sales in Luxury brands by engaging guests and assisting in merchandise selection.
- Maintain overall store standards, including cleanliness and replenishment.
- Meet or exceed sales and clientele goals, contributing to store goals related to retail and service sales.
- Provide exceptional service by personalizing guest interactions and informing them of promotions.
- Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations.
- Book appointments for services and in-store events.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
- Maintain strong relationships with Luxury brand partners and participate in training.

Requirement:
- High school diploma preferred.
- Cosmetology or demonstrator license where required.
- Cosmetics artistry experience preferred.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer-service skills.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
