What you'll do
Drive broad organizational impact by building strong relationships with engineering teams across the company, ensuring changes are thoughtfully evaluated for their effects on multiple products and users.
Champion a supportive, patient approach when partnering with engineering teams adopting new operational practices or tooling, and assisting with troubleshooting.
Build and maintain internal platform capabilities that reduce operational burden on product engineering teams, enabling them to focus on delivering business value rather than managing infrastructure.
Embed security into platform foundations — including IAM, secrets management, network controls, and compliance guardrails.
Take full ownership of your work from design through production.
Give and receive candid, constructive feedback openly.
Work with a high degree of initiative — identify blockers and resolve them independently to keep progress moving.
