Short Summary:
Twin Health is seeking energetic physicians to provide direct member care for Twin Members in the United States, focusing on improving and preventing chronic metabolic diseases through innovative AI technology.

Responsibilities:
- Perform initial screening consultations for member enrollment utilizing Twin guidelines
- Utilize the Twin Platform to make medication management decisions and write prescriptions
- Monitor critical symptoms for the Twin member population and consult on follow-up as needed
- Provide regular availability for consultation and collaboration with APPs
- Occasionally respond to member voicemails regarding Twin Health and prior authorizations
- Provide feedback related to the development of new technology and protocols

Requirement:
- MD/DO with ABMS Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Practice
- Minimum 2-3 years of clinical practice experience
- Active CA state license and multiple state licenses or ILMC Compact preferred
- Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on clinician-patient interaction
- Available to be on-call one week out of each quarter
- Willingness to learn new technology platforms and complete interactive video-based consults
