Short Summary:
At Twin Health, we empower people to improve and prevent chronic metabolic diseases using AI Digital Twin technology. We are looking for a Bilingual Physician Assistant to provide treatment and management for members seeking diabetic reversal and overall health improvement.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with a collaborative team of healthcare professionals.
- Conduct health assessments and review laboratory results.
- Assess symptoms and treat as appropriate, collaborating with primary care providers.
- Deliver care using telemedicine and document in Twin’s clinical platform.
- Manage a high-risk population and understand social determinants of health.
- Provide patient education to promote healthy habits.
- Maintain accurate records of patients' medical history and progress.

Requirement:
- CA state license, preferably licensed in multiple states.
- Bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish).
- 3-5 years of experience as an advanced practice provider.
- Experience managing patients remotely across different geographic areas.
- Board-certified in family or internal medicine.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
