Short Summary:
TTEC Digital is seeking a versatile Project Manager / Business Analyst to drive technology initiatives that improve team operations and service delivery. This role involves collaboration across various departments to manage a diverse portfolio of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Lead technology initiatives across enterprise applications, analytics/reporting, integrations, custom apps, and PSA.
- Facilitate governance forums, including agendas, materials, decisions, and action tracking.
- Produce clear status updates, executive summaries, and follow-ups for stakeholder alignment.
- Identify, log, escalate, and drive resolution of risks and issues.
- Create, document, and manage standard and emergency change requests.
- Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Author and maintain IT General Controls (ITGC) documentation.
- Coordinate and lead walkthroughs with internal and external auditors.
- Schedule and coordinate complex calendars across multiple senior stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, facilitate discussions, and capture decisions and action items.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of combined project management and business analysis experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives with senior stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with change management and release coordination.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, and follow-through.
