Short Summary:
We are looking for a Portfolio Manager / Coordinator to join our telecommunications project for Arelion, coordinating a portfolio of network-related projects and operational initiatives, ensuring collaboration between customers, engineering teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the day-to-day work of the network team, ensuring consistent reporting and adherence to processes.
- Build strong relationships with team members and act as the first point of contact for team issues.
- Serve as the main operational point of contact with the customer, ensuring clear communication.
- Consolidate and coordinate reporting from the team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Flag issues, risks, and roadblocks to senior management proactively.

Requirement:
- Based in or willing to relocate to Buenos Aires, Argentina.
- Proven experience in team coordination, supervision, or operations roles (telecom/IT operations preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Ukrainian or Polish proficiency preferred.
- Availability to work hybrid, with a minimum of 3 days per week in the Buenos Aires office.
