Responsibilities:
- Providing direct clinical care
- Supervising nursing assistants
- Evaluating residents
- Managing medications/supplies and completing clinical documentation
- Visiting residents daily to observe and evaluate their physical and emotional status
- Identifying resident problems and emergency situations
- Performing administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, and charting
Requirement:
- Current state LPN license and valid CPR certification required
