Short Summary:
The TikTok Global Monetization Product Team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support the Monetization Product team. This role involves partnering with Talent Acquisition Partners to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and develop innovative sourcing strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Deeply understand hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience.
- Develop efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
- Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations.
- Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (via LinkedIn and alternative search techniques).
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment via search firm or in-house recruiting environment.
- Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and other social media, or technical forums.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience preferred.
- 2+ years experience recruiting and sourcing experience specifically focused on Product Management roles.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks.
