Short Summary:
The Content & Services Product Solutions & Operations (PSO) team focuses on non-commerce performance products. The internship offers hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth.

Responsibilities:
- Go-to-market support: Help analyze product functionality, test hypotheses, and refine product messaging for advertiser-facing initiatives.
- Performance insights: Conduct data-driven deep-dives to identify best practices and optimization levers for our products.
- Market intelligence: Assist in competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering to inform strategy.
- Sales enablement: Contribute to internal and external collateral like playbooks, decks, one-pagers, and performance reports.
- Product ops: Help improve communication of product updates and feature rollouts to regional sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Reporting & experimentation: Build dashboards or simple reports to track performance trends, surface insights, and recommend creative or targeting improvements.

Requirement:
- Currently pursuing a Undergraduate/ Master's in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Psychology, Social Science or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Solid analytical skills; proficiency with Excel/Sheets, SQL, basic data or data visualization tools.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
