Short Summary:
Welltech is a global wellness technology company with a mission to build and scale wellness apps globally through tech-driven performance marketing. We are looking for a motivated CRM Manager to support lead remarketing and automated communication programs, driving first subscription conversion and contributing to a culture of testing and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Support the CRM Acquisition Lead in executing the remarketing strategy for non-converted leads.
- Assist in building and maintaining automated journeys, including segmentation set-up and basic troubleshooting.
- Help execute personalised campaigns and support the Content Lead with briefs and creative requests.
- Participate in setting up A/B tests and assist in collecting and organising campaign data.
- Support the CRM team in day-to-day coordination with monetization, Performance Marketing, Product, and Analytics.
Requirement:
- 1+ years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related field.
- Some exposure to email/push tools (Reteno, Braze, or similar).
- Basic understanding of CRM/lifecycle tech stack; comfortable learning new systems.
- Organised, with proficiency in JIRA, Asana, Confluence, Notion, or Slack.
- Strong written communication and developing presentation/storytelling skills.
