Short Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Participate in applied research and improvement of the search core algorithm.
- Content understanding using NLP and CV technology to enhance search relevance.
- User Behavior Modeling to improve personalization in search.
- Video understanding through NLP, CV, and LLM for better search results.
- Search research and evaluation to develop new retrieval and ranking methods.

Requirement:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or related fields.
- Research or practical experience in search, information retrieval, ranking, recommendation systems, or machine learning.
- Preferred: Publications, patents, or contributions in relevant areas; experience with large-scale systems; ability to define and communicate technical problems.
