Short Summary:
As the Lead, Treasury Policy & Procedures, you will design, maintain, and govern Treasury’s policy framework and Flow of Funds documentation across all products and legal entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory expectations while enabling product innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Own the Treasury policy framework, ensuring policies are current and aligned with business strategy.
- Develop and maintain Treasury policies, standards, and governance documentation.
- Lead the design and maintenance of Flow of Funds documentation for all products.
- Partner with Product Managers to incorporate Treasury requirements into product design.
- Build strong relationships across various departments and influence senior stakeholders.
- Establish documentation standards and identify opportunities for process improvement.
Requirement:
- Significant Treasury experience within a fintech, digital bank, or retail banking environment.
- Strong understanding of payment flows, safeguarding, liquidity management, and Treasury operations.
- Experience developing Treasury policies and governance frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and strong written communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
