Short Summary:
Sword is building AI to heal billions and unlock humanity’s full potential through a new approach to healthcare. The Senior Product Manager will be embedded with the team building Pulse, Sword's AI-first care platform, owning product definition and delivery for new features and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Own product definition through delivery for new features and initiatives.
- Partner with stakeholders to scope initiatives, assess feasibility, and define requirements.
- Support execution & iteration by collaborating with Engineering, Product, Clinical, and Operations teams.
- Act as a strategy thought-partner, bringing proposals to the Head of Product.
- Communicate progress and strategic recommendations to leadership and partners.
- Use AI as a tool in building Pulse and in daily work.

Requirement:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in consumer-facing digital health or wellness.
- Comfort owning ambiguity without a nearby manager.
- Technical fluency to engage with engineering on architecture and tradeoffs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Data fluency with a hypothesis-driven approach.
