Short Summary:
Sumo Logic is hiring a Principal Product Manager to lead how engineers and operators investigate incidents, understand reliability risk, and act on their operational and security telemetry. This role focuses on bringing intelligent, agent-assisted investigation and reliability workflows to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Set the multi-quarter vision for Sumo Logic's investigation and reliability experiences, and turn it into a roadmap engineering can execute against.
- Own the roadmap, health, and competitiveness of the current data and reliability product surfaces.
- Define how search, metrics, tracing, dashboards, monitors, alerts, and SLOs evolve into more intuitive, AI-assisted experiences.
- Productize investigation workflows that reason across telemetry and related operational context.
- Own alerting accuracy, noise reduction, and operational health signals.
- Work with engineering and architecture on query execution, performance, and reliability at enterprise scale.
- Create leadership-facing proposals that frame tradeoffs across customer demand, governance, performance, cost, and long-term architecture.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of product management experience with real observability or monitoring domain background.
- Proven ability to run a live, at-scale product, owning the roadmap, health, and competitiveness.
- Strong technical instincts around query engines, time-series and trace data, and alerting systems.
- Excellent communication across technical and business audiences.
- High ownership and drive to make progress across a large, ambiguous, fast-moving surface.
