Short Summary:
We are looking for current or former athletes with a competitive mindset to join our dynamic sales team as Trainers. This role involves mastering our sales process and mentoring others while building your own business.
Responsibilities:
- Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium-sized businesses.
- Build strong professional relationships and establish trust with customers.
- Connect with key decision makers and schedule presentations for supplemental benefits programs.
- Report daily sales stats and submit work schedules to team leader.
- Attend business networking events to accumulate new leads.
- Re-service existing client accounts and enter information into CRM.
- Balance sales responsibilities with training and mentoring new sales agents.
Requirement:
- Must be sales-driven with leadership experience.
- Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (reimbursement offered).
- Bachelor’s degree or 10 years professional experience.
- Strong communication and training skills.
