Short Summary:
Strike is looking for an AML Investigator to conduct transaction monitoring and investigations across its AML program, impacting critical business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and disposition transaction monitoring alerts across AML and blockchain rules.
- Use blockchain analytics tooling to review on-chain counterparty exposure.
- Compile evidence and case summaries for suspicious activity determinations.
- Utilize AI tooling to enhance investigation efficiency.
- Support the wider compliance program as priorities shift.
- Detect and escalate anomalies or suspicious behaviors.

Requirement:
- At least 2 years in AML, financial crime, or fraud investigations, with 1 year in blockchain or digital asset investigations.
- Ability to trace bitcoin transactions and interpret on-chain exposure.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written communication and narrative skills.
- Working knowledge of BSA/AML obligations and common money laundering red flags.
- Proficiency with blockchain analytics tools and KYC/case management tools.
- Willingness to learn and adopt AI tooling.
- Strong interpersonal skills and capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
- English fluency is a must; additional languages are a valuable asset.
