Short Summary:
SQA Solution is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring for exciting startups in the Bay Area, New York, and Seattle, focusing on sourcing and candidate engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Source top-tier candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, GitHub, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical and business roles
- Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach
- Coordinate candidate communication throughout the recruiting process
- Maintain recruiting activity and candidate tracking

Requirement:
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
- Strong sourcing experience and ability to generate qualified candidate pipelines
- Experience recruiting for software engineering and technical positions
- Strong understanding of technical screening and candidate evaluation
- Experience working with startups and understanding startup hiring environments is a nice-to-have
- Knowledge of the startup ecosystem, venture-backed companies, and early-stage hiring dynamics
- US staffing experience is a must
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
- Results-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision; ideal schedule is from 3 PM to 12 AM Kyiv time (matching Pacific business hours), negotiable for the right candidate, and may be shifted.
