Responsibilities:
- Leads the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
- Assists the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Leads the scrum team in self-organization and removes impediments.
- Resolves conflicts and issues that occur.
- Helps the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
- Leads agile ceremonies and provides progress updates to leadership.
- Identifies and recommends process improvements in collaboration with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners.
- Mentors other scrum masters and works collaboratively across teams.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (such as Scrum) and/or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e. Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Mural).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must have lived in the United States 3 out of the past 5 years.
