As a Data Analyst, you will support the design, development, and implementation of programs for CMS, providing technical direction and guidance for data management and analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Support all phases of design, development, and implementation of programs.
- Participate in design sessions and report on project progress.
- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to assist in decision-making.
- Provide technical direction for data warehouse applications.
- Perform ad hoc data analysis for predictive and fraud analytics using machine learning.
- Ensure data quality by evaluating data anomalies.
- Support the collection, validation, and reporting of metrics.
- Use tools like Excel, SharePoint, Power BI, and Tableau for quality assurance and data analysis.
- Work as part of a project team to determine requirements and goals.

Requirement:
- 5-8 years of experience in large, complex data-centric systems.
- 3 years of experience with data management and visualization tools (SQL, Tableau, Python, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively with technical teams.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must have lived in the U.S. for 3 out of the past 5 years.
