Responsibilities:
- Support Sparksoft's DSH Project.
- Solicit, understand, and document health insurance marketplace needs and business requirements.
- Research market trends and the ACA landscape for product features and requirements.
- Create functional specifications with developers and assist in testing.
- Play a leadership role in a Product Development team using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
- Collaborate with CMS, Business Development, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis to derive product requirements.
- Deliver precise functional specifications and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Perform gap analysis and collaborate with Architects and Developers.
- Develop knowledge of federal marketplace data services hub and assist in training materials.
- Manage multiple priorities and track project schedules and risks.

Requirement:
- 4+ years’ experience in the health care environment.
- 3 years working in an agile environment, especially in health care.
- Strong knowledge of managing product build teams.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Must have lived in the United States for 3 out of the past 5 years.
