We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience to join a CRM & marketing automation project.

𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Full-time, Remote, EU

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Gather and analyze business & technical requirements
Communicate with clients and internal teams
Define project scope and manage stakeholders
Prepare BRDs, SRS, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Analyze business processes and suggest improvements
Participate in UAT and acceptance testing

🎯𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞

4+ years of Business Analyst experience
Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Strong business & system analysis skills
Understanding of SDLC
Experience with CRM, ERP, and third-party integrations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience with requirements documentation and UAT
English B2+
