Short Summary:
Sophos is looking for a highly motivated individual committed to leading complex projects within the IT Application Services organization. The Project Manager will lead team members from the business and IT on strategic initiatives, establishing and maintaining positive business relationships while delivering timely solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage project schedules and work breakdown structures
- Create and drive project plans to optimize cross-functional resources
- Coordinate activities of sub-teams
- Control day-to-day aspects of projects regarding scope, schedule, resources, and budget
- Document and communicate status, issues, and risks to project team and senior management
- Serve as the first point of escalation for the project team
- Ensure high team morale
- Mentor and train team members in project management
- Build strong business relationships
- Manage project issues to resolution
- Actively participate in the execution of the project management strategy

Requirement:
- Excellent project management, organization, and team collaboration skills
- Demonstrated experience leading IT software projects with team sizes greater than 5
- Understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile, SCRUM, waterfall)
- Track record of delivering projects in scope, on-time, and within budget
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and frequent change
- Beneficial: University degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or related area
