About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing team, based in Taiwan. You'll own HK campaign execution and support CRM across both HK and Taiwan — ensuring every deal, push notification, and email campaign lands accurately and on time. 

• Campaign Execution (HK): Deploy marketing assets and campaigns across App & Web, scheduling deals to ensure full exposure for every partner promotion
• Regional CRM (HK + TW): Support lifecycle marketing execution — push notifications, email, and CRM campaigns — across two distinct customer markets
• Operational Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve execution issues proactively, working closely with Business Development
• Performance Insights: Analyse campaign and platform performance, translating data into actionable improvements

Must-have:

• Strong attention to detail and a track record of accurate execution
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns under tight timelines
• A collaborative, cross-functional working style
• Basic understanding of HK customer behaviour and culture
• Demonstrated use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve workflows and efficiency
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English - required to work across HK/TW stakeholders

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in campaign planning or data analysis
• Prior exposure to the HK market
• Background in e-commerce or agency environments
