Responsibilities: • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning • Prepare management reports and analyze financial performance • Conduct variance, profitability, and cost analysis • Develop financial models, KPIs, and dashboards • Provide financial insights and recommendations to management • Improve controlling processes and reporting automation • Support month-end and year-end closing • Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, Sales, and other teams Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Financial Analysis • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills • Advanced Excel knowledge • Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage • Strong analytical and communication skills • Fluent English and Serbian are mandatory 🇬🇧🇷🇸 Interested?
