Short Summary:
Scopely is looking for a Principal UX Designer to join the Monopoly GO! team in Seville. The role involves creating new gameplay experiences and improving player experiences through product thinking and player insights.

Responsibilities:
- Work in close partnership with product and development teams.
- Own the end-to-end UX strategy and execution for a product area.
- Identify opportunities to improve player experience.
- Lead discovery initiatives to understand player behaviors and motivations.
- Drive ideation of new concepts and validate ideas early.
- Create innovative player experiences balancing creativity with product goals.
- Help evolve UX frameworks and design patterns.
- Champion user research as part of the UX process.
- Deliver high-quality designs, prototypes, and documentation.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships and drive alignment.
- Contribute to the growth of the UX discipline.

Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience designing user experiences for games.
- Proven track record of creating impactful gameplay features.
- Strong product thinking and ability to balance player needs with business goals.
- Experience owning complex product areas and driving work forward.
- Expertise in creating prototypes and iterating quickly.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Highly collaborative and proactive in sharing ideas.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and identifying opportunities.
- Passion for mentoring and contributing to UX discipline improvement.
