UI kit maintenance: Update and manage the UI kit in Figma. Collaboration: Work closely with the Product Management Team to deliver intuitive and visually engaging experiences. Simplification: Translate complex blockchain and fintech concepts into simple, user-friendly interfaces. Market research: Explore market trends and competitor products to apply best practices in design. Requirements: Experience: 3+ years in UX/UI Design. Domain knowledge: Understanding of the crypto and blockchain industries. Product type: Experience working in a product or startup environment. Tools: Proficiency with Figma. English: Intermediate or higher. Soft skills: Strong communication and teamwork, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Portfolio: Showcasing end-to-end design process and examples of mobile and web applications.
