Short Summary:
Join the team shaping the future of AI at Scale. You will manage the growth program from end to end, optimize recruiting campaigns, and champion the brand to candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the growth program including recruiting campaigns, applications processing, and onboarding.
- Promote the brand's value proposition and drive engagement.
- Optimize the full growth funnel for conversion and experience.
- Build and lead new growth recruiting campaigns and channels.
- Be the subject matter expert for recruiting systems (ATS: Greenhouse) and provide training.
- Own internal reporting and analytics, ensuring data integrity.
- Proactively flag discrepancies in hiring plans and maintain operational excellence.

Requirement:
- Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in Growth, Recruiting, or RecOps at a rapidly growing company.
- Extensive experience using Greenhouse as a Site Admin.
- Strong knowledge of Gsuite (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Growth/Recruiting Pipelines and Conversion metrics.
- Demonstrated project management skills and ability to analyze processes.
