Short Summary:
As a technical lead, you will shape patterns and standards, partner with product and platform teams, and help others learn to work effectively with AI coding and brainstorming tools.
Responsibilities:
- Build fast, validate honestly, and partner with platform and product teams to scale valuable solutions.
- Supervise Claude-style generators at the architecture, code, and idea levels.
- Own the outcome from problem definition through build, deployment, and evaluation.
- Design systems that other teams can adopt and extend.
- Frame fuzzy problems, design multi-agent workflows, and build evaluation frameworks.
Requirement:
- 6 - 9 years of end-to-end experience building agentic systems, production-grade RAG, and evaluation frameworks.
- Strong SAP BTP exposure (Kyma, CAP, HANA Cloud, kernel services, CPI/destination services).
- Learning agility and a bias for action.
- Critical thinking and end-to-end ownership of projects.
