Short Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Information Security Compliance subject matter expert to drive SAP's cloud and AI compliance efforts across global regulatory frameworks, laws, and industry standards. You’ll help shape SAP's compliance posture based on international frameworks (e.g., ISO and NIST), translating complex requirements into clear, actionable controls.

Responsibilities:
- Analyzing compliance requirements, identifying control gaps, and recommending improvements- Collaborating with stakeholders across business lines, legal, and IT functions to drive compliance alignment- Standardizing and harmonizing SAP's compliance posture across teams and processes

Requirement:
- Deep understanding of cloud compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and security principles- Strong expertise in one or more areas, such as information security certifications and audits, data protection, cybersecurity, or AI- Extensive experience coordinating international and cross-functional projects within complex organizational structures, with a focus on compliance, cloud, or information security- Excellent communication skills and confidence in C-level interactions and stakeholder management- Strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong ability to structure and manage complex topics effectively- Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and influence without formal authority
