Short Summary:
Samsara is hiring a Sr Manager, Finance and Strategy to partner with the global Marketing department, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and senior leadership to achieve corporate goals.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver world-class business partnership to the Chief Marketing Officer and other executives.
- Perform data-driven analysis to identify, evaluate, and execute on value creation initiatives.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Engineering operations teams to plan and execute complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Build scalable processes and systems utilizing AI tools for financial visibility and planning effectiveness.
- Analyze financial results, prepare management reporting, and lead monthly operating review meetings.
- Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally.
- Hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high-performing team.

Requirement:
- 7+ years of finance & strategy, strategic finance, or FP&A experience, preferably in high-growth technology companies.
- Experience in investment banking or big 4 accounting is a plus.
- Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, and ownership of complex problems.
- Ability to influence decision-making at the executive level and articulate key concepts.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with excellent analytical skills.
- Expertise in AI, systems, and automated reporting tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT, Salesforce, Tableau).
