Short Summary:
As Quality Manager, you will lead the Quality and Process Control functions at our Mankato facility for RISE Siding and Trim, focusing on building a high-performing team and driving process improvements that impact product quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead an Integrated Quality and Process Control Organization.
- Implement and standardize the CertainTeed QMS at the plant level.
- Own Process Control Strategy, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
- Drive Process Stability and Manufacturing Performance.
- Lead Continuous Improvement and Problem Solving initiatives.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in a quality manufacturing organization.
- 2+ years of experience managing and developing direct reports.
- Preferred: Lean/Six Sigma certification, ASQ certification, ISO Internal Auditor certification.
