Short Summary:
The Solution Marketing Manager will manage the product lifecycle and commercialization of the Clinical Chemistry and Immunology portfolio across Latvia, implementing marketing strategies to meet sales and KPI targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans for the CC&I portfolio to achieve revenue targets in Latvia.
- Conduct regular market assessments to identify competitor activity and local healthcare reforms.
- Act as the primary marketing contact for the Estonian distributor.
- Lead the commercial lifecycle for SWA platforms and reagents in Latvia.
- Drive adoption of high-medical-value assays in Latvia.
- Collaborate with logistics for demand forecasting.
- Ensure promotional materials are localized for the Latvian medical community.
- Plan local symposia and provide support for distributors in Estonia.
- Provide technical expertise for public tenders in Latvia.
- Ensure compliance with Roche Group Code of Conduct and local regulations.
Requirement:
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business/Marketing (Master’s preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing or Product Management within the healthcare or life science industry.
- Experience in laboratory, immunology, and clinical chemistry is highly preferred.
- Strong project management skills and digital proficiency.
- Fluent in English and Latvian.
- Proficient in G Suite, CRM systems, and holds a valid driving license.
