Short Summary:
In this role, you will perform essential analytical testing on materials and products to ensure they meet quality specifications and standards. You will maintain laboratory excellence, drive strategic initiatives, and support manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive analyses on raw materials, packaging, bulk, intermediate, and finished products.
- Evaluate specification conformance for various physical, performance, and chemical properties.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment, adapting tools and procedures as needed.
- Revise and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for compliance and efficiency.
- Participate in and occasionally lead cross-functional project teams.
- Mentor and train newer team members on laboratory methods and safety practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve production targets.

Requirement:
- High School Diploma with 5 years of related experience, Associate’s Degree with 3 years, or Bachelor’s Degree with 1 year of experience in a related field.
- Specialized training or certification in science, electronics, or a related technical discipline.
- Understanding of laboratory and chemical safety procedures.
- Ability to work autonomously and resolve operational problems.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
