Short Summary:
The Patient Solution Manager will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and closing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Define nation-wide and local projects scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines.
- Build and lead cross-functional project teams.
- Set clear expectations, delegate tasks, and ensure team members are motivated and productive.
- Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
- Monitor project budgets and expenses.
- Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
- Maintain accurate project documentation.
- Build strong relationships with KOLs or other key stakeholders.

Requirement:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Knowledge of industry best practices in project management.
- 5 years above experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, project management, or a related field. PMP certification is a plus.
- An MBA or relevant certifications may be preferred.
