Short Summary:
Join Roche as a Medical Partner to drive the medical agenda for Ophthalmology and Oncology, influencing patient care and shaping the future of medicine. You will oversee local medical activities, support product launches, and ensure compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the medical part of the integrated strategy, shaping a scientifically sound and differentiated value story across key disease areas.
- Collect, analyze, and translate external scientific and clinical practice insights into strategic actionable recommendations.
- Provide medical expertise and customer insights to local teams, driving the adoption of medical innovations.
- Identify and develop scientific relationships with external experts.
- Engage proactively with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, and academic institutions.
- Plan and execute scientific expert meetings and advisory boards.
- Provide medical expertise in the development of reimbursement dossiers.
- Manage Medical Information inquiries and oversee medical training initiatives.

Requirement:
- Medical Degree (MD) or advanced degree in life sciences (PharmD, life science PhD) with a strong clinical/scientific background.
- Professional experience in medical affairs or clinical development within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
- Understanding of clinical trial design, interpretation, and biostatistics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent in Estonian and English (spoken and written).
