Short Summary:
As a Junior Learning Content Creator in the GLS ASPIRE team, you will drive the global rollout of SAP S/4HANA and myBuy (GEP) implementations, managing the development, maintenance, and quality assurance of training materials for Roche colleagues worldwide.
Responsibilities:
- Independently develop and own process training materials using the Assima authoring tool.
- Update and refine existing training assets across Product Increment (PI) cycles.
- Ensure all training assets meet ASPIRE quality, format, and governance standards.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of training assets in Cornerstone (LMS).
- Draft and distribute updates regarding PI releases to user communities.
- Maintain task tracking in Jira and handle Assima administrative tasks.
Requirement:
- Practical experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, or myBuy (GEP) implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Assima, CLM, and Cornerstone.
- Familiarity with Jira and ServiceNow.
- Proven ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
