Short Summary:
IT Project Manager - RDT Pharma R&D leads moderately complex deliveries, proactively identifies improvements, manages diverse stakeholders, and contributes to strategic implementation.

Responsibilities:
- Independently defines, manages, and controls the scope of medium to large initiatives.
- Leads and facilitates the scope definition process, aligning with strategic objectives.
- Proactively identifies, analyzes, and mitigates scope-related risks.
- Independently leads the analysis of moderate to complex delivery problems.
- Develops comprehensive stakeholder communication plans.
- Manages relationships to act as a trusted advisor and resolves conflicts.
- Contributes to achieving product or domain goals by ensuring value delivery.
- Oversees and coordinates the roadmap of incoming requests.
- Drives the completion of the product backlog across tools like Jira and ServiceNow.
- Applies and champions AI-capable tools to automate routine tasks.
- Maintains strong awareness of Cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCS).

Requirement:
- Proven track record in Delivery Management Roles managing medium to large initiatives.
- Experience managing the delivery of complex features or projects across functional areas.
- Strong ability to select, adapt, and apply appropriate delivery methodologies.
- Proficiency in utilizing advanced delivery tools and techniques.
- Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience, with direct exposure to Clinical Trial Data.
- Proficiency with backlog management and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
- Understanding of cloud-native application environments (specifically AWS Cloud).
